Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1/20/26

Middlesex ProClean LLC strives to provide high-quality commercial cleaning services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, service corrections, or credits may be issued.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

If a client is not satisfied with the quality of a cleaning service, the client must notify Middlesex ProClean LLC within 24 hours of the service being performed.

Upon receiving notice, the Company may, at its discretion:

return to the premises to correct the issue at no additional charge, or

issue a service credit toward future services.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally not provided for completed cleaning services.

However, partial refunds may be considered if:

the Company failed to complete the agreed scope of work

the service could not be corrected through a follow-up visit

the issue was caused directly by the Company’s negligence

Refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Middlesex ProClean LLC.

3. Client Reporting Requirement

To qualify for a service correction or credit, the client must:

report concerns within 24 hours of service completion

allow the Company an opportunity to inspect and correct the issue

Failure to notify the Company within this time period may result in the request being denied.

4. Conditions Where Refunds Are Not Provided

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

dissatisfaction related to conditions existing before cleaning

stains, discoloration, or permanent surface damage

areas outside the agreed service scope

inability to access areas during scheduled service

client cancellation after services have been performed

5. Cancellations

Clients may cancel scheduled services with 24 hours notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee or minimum service charge.

6. Service Credits

In some situations, Middlesex ProClean LLC may issue a service credit instead of a refund. Service credits may be applied to future cleaning services.

Service credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Middlesex ProClean LLC’s liability for any claim related to services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific cleaning service in question.
